These terms govern the use of viksolution.com, operated by VikSolution ("VikSolution", "we"). By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
The site presents VikSolution's services (process consulting and optimization, digitalization, automation, internal tools, custom software, web and mobile apps, websites, SEO, maintenance) and its own products (ParkingVic, VowlYou, AllInOne, SayNoFat).
Information is general and not a binding offer. Commercial proposals are sent individually in writing and only become binding once a contract is signed.

3. Intellectual property

The ParkingVic, VowlYou, AllInOne, SayNoFat and VikSolution marks belong to their owners.
Applications, websites and tools that VikSolution builds for clients, including their source code, remain the property of VikSolution. The client receives a right to use them for its business under the terms of the contract, while hosting, updates and maintenance are provided by VikSolution.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data automatically, introduce malicious code or overload the infrastructure. We may block access in such cases.
5. Liability
We strive to keep information accurate and the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, VikSolution is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
